Le Salon du Chocolat has been especially set up as a studio where adults or children can come along and indulge themselves in the wonderful art of chocolate moulding.
During Chocolate Week, there are a number of sessions and workshops available on a daily basis using Divine Chocolate.

David Greenwood-Haigh, professional Chef and trained Chocolatier, hosts the Divine Chocolatiers Course on Sunday 11th October 11am – 1pm exploring the history of chocolate and the art of tasting it. David gives expert advice for perfecting chocolate making skills and teaches gourmet recipes such as Traditional French Truffles which can be easily recreated at home. A truly Divine experience dipping you into the wonderful world of chocolate.

Following this session, on Sunday 11th October children will get a chance to come and make their own chocolate goodies using delicious Divine Fairtrade chocolate. they will also learn how chocolate is made from the cocoa bean to a chocolate bar. Everything that they make will be hand wrapped and taken home with them.
