Congratulations to the winners of The Rathmines Festival Short Story Competition in Dublin. First prize winner Joan Power will be presented with a Divine Chocolate hamper on Friday 18th April at 12.30, in the Rathmines Library Dublin Ireland. The actor Liam Hourican will read her story aloud to the audience.
