Violet is a cake company in East London selling every week at Broadway Market to a loyal following. They use organic flour, sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk, fruit and nuts. The company was started in 2005 by Claire Ptak, former pastry chef at Chez Panisse in California. During Chocolate Week, Violet Cakes will make deliciously rich chocolaty cupcake and mini cupcakes using Divine chocolate.
