We partnered with Claudia and Allan from The World Alternative Vegan Experience (w.a.v.e) who came up with this delicious recipe incorporating our Organic 85% Dark Chocolate with Lemon. (Raw, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Nut-Free)
Ingredients 
  • Fresh medjool pitted dates (1 cup, about 14-15 dates)
  • Divine Organic 85% Dark Chocolate with Lemon (6 squares)
  • Gluten-free jumbo oats (1 1/2 cups)
  • Pumpkin butter (1tbs)
  • Organic coconut butter (2 tbs)
  • Vanilla extract (2 tbs)
  • Pink Himalayan salt (1/4 tsp)
  • Shredded coconut (for topping)
  1.  Soak the dates in warm water for about 10-15 minutes to make them nice and soft 
  2.  Break the Divine Chocolate squares into smaller pieces 
  3.  Dry the dates and chop them in half 
  4.  Put the oats into a food processor with chocolate and salt. Blend for 20-30 seconds 
  5.  Add all the other ingredients (except for the shredded coconut) and blend for about 4-5 minutes on and off until a thick and sticky mix is formed 
  6.  Scoop the dough out of the blender and place it in the fridge for 40-60 minutes until it becomes a little firmer 
  7.  Divide the dough into small pieces and roll them into balls with your hands 
  8.  Place the shredded coconut into a cup and roll the balls over it until fully covered 
  9.  Store the bites in the fridge and consume within 5-6 days (if they can last that long!)
