- 1/2 cup Divine Chocolate 70% Bittersweet Baking bar
- 4 tbsp organic butter
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 lb Wholesome Sweeteners Fairtrade Organic Powdered Sugar
1. Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl over a pan of simmering water or in the microwave. Stir well and add the cream and vanilla.
2. Sift the organic powdered sugar into a mixing bowl and gradually beat in the chocolate mixture. If the mixture is too stiff, add a little more cream.
3. Press into a shallow buttered tin and chill until firm.
