A rich and indulgent dessert crumble that is packed with good-for-you ingredients and fruit. Sweet, sticky and caramelised bananas in pools of melted dark 95% Organic Chocolate topped with a nutty and oaty crumble. This dessert is naturally vegan, gluten-free and refined sugar-free, making it a delicious and easy dessert for all the family.

Chocolate Banana Crumble
Serves: 46 People
100g 95% Organic Dark Chocolate, in chunks
70g mixed nuts
2 tbsp seeds
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
30g coconut oil
30g syrup or vegan honey
To serve: extra chocolate, fruit, yoghurt
Preheat the oven to 160Fan/180*C and have an oven-proof dish to hand.
Toss the banana slices and chocolate chunks to the dish.
Make the crumble by adding the oats, nuts, seeds, coconut, cinnamon and salt to a blender and blitz to small chunks. Melt together the coconut oil and syrup and add to the crumble mix. Stir well to combine and spread over the bananas.
Bake for 20 minutes until golden and crisp on top. Serve warm or cold with extra fruit, grated chocolate and yoghurt.
