Delicious dark chocolate coated clusters of oats, peanut butter and juicy sultanas. Salty yet sweet! Decorate with fruit or chocolate.

Chocolate Granola Treats
Prep Time: 10 minutes + 1 hour to set
60g Divine 70% Dark Chocolate
2 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp of peanut butter
100g granola including sultanas
Chocolates or fruit for decoration
Add the dark chocolate, coconut oil, maple syrup and peanut butter to a pan and melt together on a low heat, stirring frequently.
Add the granola into the pan and mix until coated in chocolate. Spoon into cupcake cases, decorate with chocolates or fruit on top and place in the fridge for 1 hour to set.
