New York’s Cocoa Bar has come up with a Divinely delicious recipe for the classic cookie. Far from average, these buttery chocolate-studded snacks are incredibly moreish.
Divine Chocolate Chip Cookies
Serves: 12 People
1 stick of butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 ½ cups flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 cup 55% Divine Chocolate Semi-Sweet chocolate (chopped into small pieces)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 300° F
Keep butter out of the refrigerator for a while to soften. Chop into small pieces to help it along (do not heat up in the microwave).
Cream together the butter and sugar fully in an electric mixer.
Add the egg and vanilla extract and beat in the mixer on high until fluffy.
Add flour and baking soda then gently fold in Divine Chocolate pieces
Drop dough by large spoonfuls onto a greased pan and bake for 15 minutes.
