Made from nut butter melted together with Divine organic dark chocolate, these treats get their sweetness from your dried fruit(s) of choice.They’re packed with protein and fibre thanks to the nuts - you can use your favourites or whatever you have on hand. When it comes to the fillings, the more the better, get creative!

1 and 1/2 cups (200g) Divine Organic 85% Dark Chocolate with Quinoa & Blueberry
1/2 cup nut butter of choice
2 tbsp chocolate protein
1/4 cup dried fruit e.g. raisins/cranberries
1/4 cup crushed cookies
1/4 cup dark chocolate drops
Break the bar of chocolate into chunks in a saucepan and melt over a low heat. Stir in the nut butter and protein powder until fully combined, then pour this into a large mixing bowl.
Add all remaining ingredients to the bowl and stir together until everything is coated in chocolate.
Line a brownie tin with greaseproof paper and spoon the mixture into the tin.
Place in the fridge for 1 hour until completely set and crunchy, then slice into squares and store in the fridge.
