Chocolate Stuffed Dates

Quick and easy snacks to make for friends and family on the go or for an afternoon pick-me-up. Stuffed squidgy dates enrobed in 95% Dark Organic Chocolate with 3 flavours to choose from: PB&J, Double Pistachio and Coconut.


  • 12 medjool dates, pitted
  • 15g strawberry jam
  • 15g crunchy peanut butter
  • 15g pistachio butter
  • 8 pistachios
  • 5g desiccated coconut
  • 100g Dark 95% Organic Chocolate
  • 1 tsp freeze-dried strawberries (for the PB&J)
  • 1 tsp chopped pistachios
  • 1 tsp desiccated coconut



1. Carefully remove the stone from each date to make a hole in the centre.

2. For the PB&J: fill 4 dates with some strawberry jam and top with peanut butter.

3. For the Pistachio: fill 4 dates with some pistachio butter and 2 pistachios.

4. For the Coconut: fill 4 dates with some desiccated coconut.

5. Gently squeeze the dates shut. Place the stuffed dates on a lined plate and freeze for 10 minutes.

6. Melt the chocolate and dip each stuffed date into the chocolate, place on a lined tray and sprinkle with corresponding topping. Repeat to coat each date with chocolate. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes until set.
