- 2 tbsp vanilla coconut yoghurt
- 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- Berries of your choice
- Granola
- Chopped chocolate
- Syrup
Method
Toast 1 vegan chocolate hot cross bun (recipe from before)
Stir together 2 tbsp vanilla coconut yoghurt with 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder and spread on the toasted bun
Top with warmed berries
Sprinkle over some granola
Add some chopped chocolate
Drizzle over some syrup
