Vegan Peanut Chocolate Truffles

Why not give these Vegan Peanut Chocolate Truffles a try?


  • 250g Divine Dark Chocolate of your choice
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 150ml coconut milk
  • Miiro peanut chocolate or other
  • Chopped hazelnuts
  • 2 tbsp Divine cocoa



Melt 250g Divine dark chocolate and then whisk in 2 tbsp maple syrup and 150ml coconut milk. Whisk until smooth and thick. Place in a container in the fridge to set overnight or in the freezer for couple of hours.


Divide the truffle mix into 20 pieces. Carefully and quickly roll into balls, placing a Miiro peanut chocolate (or other chocolate) into the centre and roll the truffle around it.


Roll half of the truffles in 40g chopped hazelnuts and the other half in 2 tbsp cocoa powder.


Store in the fridge!
