Vegan Peanut Chocolate Truffles

Eating dark chocolate with a cocoa % of 70+ can improve stress levels, mood and even memory, researchers found.Why not give these Vegan Peanut Chocolate Truffles a try?

Ingredients

250g Divine Dark Chocolate of your choice
2 tbsp maple syrup
150ml coconut milk
Miiro peanut chocolate or other
Chopped hazelnuts
2 tbsp Divine cocoa

Method

Step 1

Melt 250g Divine dark chocolate and then whisk in 2 tbsp maple syrup and 150ml coconut milk. Whisk until smooth and thick. Place in a container in the fridge to set overnight or in the freezer for couple of hours.

Step 2

Divide the truffle mix into 20 pieces. Carefully and quickly roll into balls, placing a Miiro peanut chocolate (or other chocolate) into the centre and roll the truffle around it.

Step 3

Roll half of the truffles in 40g chopped hazelnuts and the other half in 2 tbsp cocoa powder.

Step 4

Store in the fridge!
