Layers of thick and creamy oats – one with peanut butter and one rich with cocoa powder. Top the vegan, gluten-free oat pots with peanut butter and fruits for a deliciously simple and wholesome breakfast that you can prep the night before.

Ingredients

  • 50g oats
  • 100ml hot water
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 pitted date or 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 80-100ml plant-based milk

Method

1. Make the chocolate oats: soak the oats in boiling water for 5 minutes then add to a blender with the rest of the ingredients until thick and creamy.

2. Make the peanut butter oats: soak the oats in boiling water for 5 minutes then add to a blender with the rest of the ingredients until thick and creamy.

3. Layer the oats with peanut butter and top with fresh fruits, cocoa powder and a square of chocolate.
