If you are contacting us because you are unhappy with a Divine product, please include the following information in your letter or email: name of the product, best before date, batch code, details of where and when you purchased it and your full name and postal address.
While we would love to be able to give lots of chocolate away to support all the fantastic initiatives that generous people organise for charity, we simply do not have the resources to do so. Our main aim is to improve the livelihoods of small scale cocoa farmers in Ghana by selling as much of our Divine Fairtrade chocolate as possible, and the farmers do not always gain from chocolate that is not sold. Therefore, we are only able to support sampling with marketing partners or organisations that are related to West Africa, Fairtrade, Social Enterprise or B Corp.
