Chocolate Covered Cookie Dough Bites

Simple to make, these cookie dough bites are naturally vegan, gluten-free and no-bake for an easy and delicious snack. With only 5 ingredients, they are quick to make, studded with chocolate chunks and coated in more chocolate.


  • 120g almond butter or tahini
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 100g oats (or oat flour)
  • A pinch of salt
  • 40g Dark 70% Chocolate, chopped
  • 90g Dark 70& Chocolate, melted



1. If starting with oats, add them to a blender and whizz to a fine oat flour.

2. Add the almond butter (or tahini) and syrup to a bowl and stir until smooth. Add in the oat flour and salt and stir again to form a thick cookie dough. Now fold in the chopped chocolate.

3. Divide into 10 balls, place on a parchment lined plate/tray and cool in the fridge for 30 minutes.

4. Dip or coat the cookie dough balls in the melted chocolate, set again on the lined tray in the fridge for 20 minutes.
