This nostalgic dessert has been given a modern twist with our 95% Organic Dark bar and lots of other organic ingredients.
Method
Peel and halve the bananas.
Place the lollies stick in the lower side of the bananas and leave them aside.
Melt the chocolate in a sauce-pan then add coconut milk and cinnamon. Stir the mix until properly liquid and smooth.
Roll the bananas lollies in the melted chocolate to create a uniform coating.
Place the lollies on a plate and cover them with your preferred toppings (hazelnuts, chia seeds, bee pollen…or other seeds if you like!)
Freeze the lollies for a minimum of 2 hours before devouring them!
